Camp Attaway is firmly commited to meeting the needs of children and families regardless of their ability to pay for the program. Families who can afford to pay the full tuition of $1,900. All other families take advantage of our generous scholarship program which has made it possible for us to accept EVERY camper who is eligible.
We continue to receive support from the following funding resources:

the campers' families, with a sliding fee scale applied for those who cannot meet the entire cost; special attention and sensitivity is given to low income and minority applications;

arrangements with the
Howard County Public Schools, Departments of Community Mental Health and Social Services;

in-kind contributions from the
University of Maryland
Department of Special Education;

donations from private donors and foundations; and
-
in-kind contributions from the
Howard County Parks and Recreation Department.
The members of the
Board of Directors have each made financial as well as in-kind contributions to the corporation. Private donations have been received in response to the Friends of Attaway Campaign, a direct mail solicitation.
Multi-year or annually repeated gift or major grant support has been received from
